Asheville, NC is a great place to feed people. We've got all kinds of folks here and they like all types of food. Tom and Sabra wanted to have their restaurant in a place where they could relax and feel comfortable. The River Arts District is that place. We're surrounded by great old brick warehouses and lots of history. You'll see workers, drivers, grandparents, tourists, people fishing, and people looking for art. We've got The French Broad River (it flows north!), the railroad, and art studios all over the place. Right across the street from us you can buy great-looking art at both Curve Studios and Warehouse Studios. Take time to visit The Riverlink Office too, there you'll learn more about future plans for The River Arts District and The French Broad River corridor. The River District Artists host a studio stroll every second full weekend of June & November, Sat & Sun 10am-4pm So if you are looking for a laid-back place to eat, or if you drive by us every day and have heard rumors about the ribs - don't be shy! We aim to please. Come visit us and tell us what you think. Be brutal, we have thick skins (except Sabra, she might cry) |
