With a simple grist primarily composed of Pilsner malt, the hops take center stage in this hybrid Czech-American Pale. Czech Saaz hops were used exclusively for bittering additions during the boil, and Centennial and Mosaic hops were added during the whirlpool and post-fermentation for flavor and aroma.

Pronounced (but not overpowering!) bitterness upfront, followed by some lovely lemon and berry notes mid-palate through the finish.Pairs great with any and all meat snacks and the end of a long day.
